NEW | Advanced Soap Making
Now that you've mastered the basic soap making process, it's time to take on the advanced artistic component of swirling and pouring different patterns! Instructor Trevor Keyler will demonstrate various techniques before it's your turn to create your own beautiful soap designs. At the end of class, you will be going home with a full size mold (and the 8-10 bars you make in class!) along with a booklet on how to complete the patterns discussed. Supply fee of $30 due to instructor at class.
Eligible UCare members may receive up to a $15 discount on many Community Education classes when registering over the phone. Contact Community Education for further information.

I began making soap when my health dictated a lifestyle change. For me, making soap is a cathartic, artistic outlet that also provides us with a beautiful and useful product. During the day, I work as a biology professor at the College of Saint Benedict & Saint John's University. In the evening, I play the role of a soap-making father. Whatever your reason for wanting to learn to make soap, I can help you avoid common errors while providing the best techniques!
