Fermented foods are beneficial to our health yet can be intimidating to make at home. While there is a degree of unpredictability with fermentation, once you get the hang of it there is so much possibility with seasonal ingredients and local flavors! Heather Carpentier is a Health and Wellness Consultant who pursued certification as a Nutrition Consultant through Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts, a Certified Nutrition Expert from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition and is a Certified GAPS Practitioner. She shares her passion forhealth and wellness with others through personalized service that educates the client on foods thatnourish their body, maximizing nutrient-rich foods.
