Workout Shake-Up
A surprise every time, mix up your routines! Workouts may include yoga, pilates, core or balance, cardio, resistance, fascial work and/or Styx. Instructor is trained in many formats and has over 20 years fitness experience. She will change up each class and promises every workout will be good for you!
Bring to class:
- Athletic shoes
- Yoga mat
Eligible UCare members may receive an allowance to spend toward community education classes. Members must have UCare insurance at the time of registration. Limits and restrictions may apply. Contact UCare for further information.
Melissa T Fitness
Instructor
Melissa is an International Sport Science Association (ISSA) certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has been in the fitness industry and teaching for Anoka-Hennepin Community Education since 2001. Melissa teaches group fitness classes, as well as fitness and nutrition seminars.
Melissa's personal philosophy is that it doesn't matter where we start from, it's where we go and what we do that matters. If we try, even baby steps will get us there. She believes everyone has the ability to make yourself the best you can be, she just helps you with the road map to getting it done.
