NEW | Improving Communication & Conflict Resolution Skills
One of the most important aspects of life is communication, whether it occurs within our bodies, in relationships, through social media, on street signs, in training programs at work, or in other means; communication provides the order and understanding necessary for productive, safe, and fulfilling lives. However, most people are not taught how to communicate effectively, and even fewer are taught how to handle the inevitable conflicts that arise from it. In this course, you'll learn how to effectively communicate with others in various relationships and settings, as well as how to solve problems instead of exacerbating or ignoring them.
