Swimming STEM Explorer Camp
The swimming pool is a fun way to explore STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) concepts. During this afternoon camp we will ask questions about:
- How can we design a boat that floats?
- How can something swim faster in the water?
- How do sounds travel underwater?
We will explore these topics and more during the week. Come prepared with a swimsuit and towel as we splash around finding out more about these concepts. Students should be comfortable in the pool, but can be beginner swimmers.
This program is for students entering 2nd-5th grades in the fall.
