Elem - Intro to Cross Country

Do you like to run or want to give running a try? In this cross country running class, athletes will learn the skills and strategies of running with an emphasis on participation, teamwork and safety. Class will end with a 1 mile cross country meet on Thursday October 8th at 5pm at Northwoods Park in Brooklyn Park. Families must provide their own transportation to and from Northwoods Park. Fee includes instructional sessions, cross country meet, and t-shirt.
