Mastering Strength, Balance & Stability

Hi, I’m Lana! I’ve been teaching fitness classes for over 40 years, and if there’s a format out there, there’s a good chance I’ve taught it! These days, I especially enjoy teaching balance, strength, and stability because staying active, confident, and steady on our feet becomes so important as we age. My goal is to make fitness encouraging, effective, and fun for all fitness levels.

Outside of fitness, I’ve been married for 30 years, have five kids and soon-to-be five grandkids! I love spending time with my family, going for walks, road trips, and making the most of every season of life.
