Tai Chi & Qigong Mix it Up

Christine started practicing Tai Chi in the mid 80s and has been teaching for over 25 years. She certified in the Chen Synthetic style early in her career, and now teaches Yang Short Form, SUN Forms, Tai Chi Ruler, Bang Stick, and many different forms of Qigong. Christine is a Certified Tai Chi Instructor, Certified Qigong Instructor, and Certified Level III American Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor (over 3,000 hours of teaching students).

Lionel is a Level II Tai Chi Instructor with the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association, and a certified Tai Chi Instructor with Tai Chi Healthways . He has been teaching SUN forms for more than 7years, and practicing Yang, Tai Chi Bang Stick, and Tai Chi Ruler.
