NEW | Food Preservation

This class will be an overview of the eight methods of food preservation. We will exhibit the necessary utensils for water bath and pressure canning, as well as highlight other methods of freezing and preserving your bountiful garden harvest. Samples to taste as well as foolproof recipes will be provided.
