New to machine quilting? Start your journey by making a unique table runner that shows off your creative side. Choose from a variety of quilt block styles, then piece together fun fabric colors and patterns to create eight blocks that you'll join using a sashing technique. Basic sewing machine skills required. Bring supplies listed in confirmation. Supply fee of $25 paid to instructor the first session.

Sandra S.Bengtson, owner of Avant Garb Fashions, was fortunate to learn how to sew by her mother at age eight. Decades later, Sandra’s passion for sewing has paved the way to fulfilling a lifelong dream; teaching others. As her mother did for her, Sandra is committed to spread her love of sewing. Sandra believes that providing a warm, inclusive classroom environment with fun and laughter, maximizes the learning experience and may even foster new friendships.
