Zumba Gold
Learn easy choreography to music from all over the world to improve coordination, balance, and agility while having fun and working up a sweat! No experience needed. Dress in comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. You will need water and a towel.

Instructor
Stephanie is Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer with licenses for Zumba and Zumba Gold as well as Senior Fitness Certification. She also has specialties in yoga and senior yoga. She has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years.
