Traditional French Cuisine
Experience exquisite French classics starting with french onion soup topped with toasted croutons and Gruyere cheese — browned to perfection. This will be followed by coq au vin, a tender breast of chicken sautéed with fresh pearl onions, mushrooms and bacon in a rich burgundy wine sauce served with a delicious wild rice blend and green beans amandine. We'll finish with crepes Suzette — thin pancakes served in a delightful butter, citrus and brandy sauce. This is a demonstration class.
- This is a full-meal class and participants will eat towards the end of class.
- Participants are welcome to bring containers to take home left overs.
