Bone Boosters

Boost your bones by adding strength training to your exercise routine! Strength training will build your bones and benefit your joints by strengthening the surrounding muscles, which will keep your joints in alignment to decrease wear and tear. Use free weights, resistance bands and floor work for a total body workout that everyone can do. Class will include balance and agility training. Dress in comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.
