Oula.One® - UPDATED SCHEDULE/LOCATION
Oula.One® is a heart-based, musically-inspired yoga dance fusion class - connecting movement and breath, dance and yoga. Feel the stress and stuck emotion leave your body as you journey through balancing and strengthening, core work, stretching and relaxation. Done barefoot on the mat, with no jumping or impact, it is accessible to nearly everyone.

Location: Jackson Middle School, 6000 109th Ave. N., Champlin (enter door 4 and follow signs to room location). Class is held in the Jaguar Back Gym.
Champlin-Brooklyn Park Academy
Class dates: Wednesday, May 3 - May 31
Class time: 7:15-8:15 p.m.
Location: Champlin-Brooklyn Park Academy, 6100 109th Ave N., Champlin (enter door 44 and follow signs to room location). Class is held in the Nature Center.

Instructor
Michelle is a NETA group fitness instructor, as well as OULA® and POUND®. She loves formats that are very musically driven and that focus on how you feel on the inside rather than how you look on the outside. She hopes to create a welcoming community where you enter looking to burn calories, and leave feeling better about yourself and your day.
