Ageless YogaYogaAgeless Yoga is perfect for older adults. We will move through seated, standing, traditional and modified yoga poses with additional focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, and restorative breathing promoting stress reduction and relaxation. This class is shoe-and joint-friendly and we do not get down on mats. Dress in comfortable clothing, wear athletic shoes and bring water. You will need a sticky yoga mat for foot grip. Yoga with WeightsYogaEnjoy the combination of yoga and resistance training. Use both your body and dumbbells or kettlebells, bands and more for a great stretch and muscle toning. Intervals, fusion and true to format training will be included throughout the session. Improve flexibility and release tension with meditation or reflection time at the end.
