Anoka-Hennepin Community Education offers ongoing professional development opportunities for teachers to meet mandatory state license renewal requirements. NOTE: Participants must be visible to the presenter during the session, both for feedback but also to ensure attendance. Attendance will be taken within a Google Form. The Google Form will request participant name, employee number, email address and a question regarding how this session was/will be impactful to the work of the attendee. Registration closes at noon on the day class is scheduled or until it fills. Classes will be cancelled if minimum registration of 8 participants is not met. You will be emailed a certificate of attendance to use to report CEUs.

Anoka-Hennepin Schools Preschool offers three-year-old classes for children that turn three-years-old on or before September 1, 2026 (Birthdate: September 2, 2022 to September 1, 2023). Classes are 2.75 hours per day with morning and afternoon options Classes are two or three days per week Parents provide transportation Classes are open to all families with a child that is three-years-old and lives in the Anoka-Hennepin School District. Families who live outside of the Anoka-Hennepin School District can register after the initial registration lottery Tuition based on income and family size. Income verification is required.

Parents are the true experts on their children, and there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to raising them. The information and tools ECFE offers during the toddler and two years are designed to support families in developing their own ways to promote their children's growth and development.Toddlers* and Twos classes are separating classes which means parents/caregivers spend half of the class time together with their child and half in parenting education while the child stays with an early childhood teacher.*Toddlers classes will be a gradual separation so children have a chance to explore and feel more comfortable with separation.
