Elem - Learn to Ride: One Day Horse CampRecreation and GamesKids will learn what it's like to have a horse for a day! Campers get to ride in the indoor and/or outdoor arenas (40-50 minutes, no trails), practice how to steer, stop, turn, and walk on their own. They also might make horse treats, do a craft, and play games. And don't forget the time to meet and care for the horses, which is a big part of ownership! Campers are broken into smaller groups based on similar riding experience and age, which is perfect for both new and more experienced riders! Drop-off is at 9am and PARENT pickup is 3pm. Sorry we do not allow parents to stay for the day. All campers need to complete a waiver. (Waiver Link will be in your confirmation e-mail) Camp is held rain or shine, as there is an indoor barn and arena. WHAT DO CAMPERS NEED TO BRING? Long pants, closed toe shoes, appropriate clothes for weather inside and outside of barn. No flip flops. Sunscreen/hat/bug spray. Water bottle/drinks/snacks and a lunch. Treats for the horses if you want. Helmets are provided. All available dates are non school days for K-12 Anoka-Hennepin students. October 6 is a non-student day for grades K-5 ONLY.Youth - Fall 2026

Students will explore and play a variety of instruments, including drums, electric guitar, bass, keyboards, and vocals. You will work in a group to learn and rehearse 1-3 songs together. Our day will culminate in a recording session! Students will receive a mix of their song(s) to share and listen to at home. PS - My Little Horse Camp (Parent/Child)Recreation and GamesCampers will get to ride a real horse in an arena, meet a number of different horses and learn about how to groom the horses...all with a focus on safety! In addition, students will do an art project and have an opportunity to make horse treats to feed their new friends. Stations are split into 15 minute intervals to keep everyone engaged. Parents have the opportunity to lead their child on the horse and take photographs as they go. Parent/Guardian is expected to remain with their child during the entire duration of the camp. Camps are held rain or shine as we have an indoor barn and arena.
