Intro to BMX Racing – Rum River BMX Experience BMX at Rum River BMX, the #1 BMX track in the United States! This introductory clinic is designed for first-time riders of all ages who have never held a USA BMX membership and want to explore BMX racing. Our expert coaches teach the fundamentals of BMX, bike handling, track safety, and riding techniques in a safe, supportive, small-group environment. BMX race bikes and full-face helmets are provided. • Riders of all ages are welcome but must already be able to ride a pedal bike independently (no training wheels or assistance). • Riders must wear long sleeves, full-length pants, and closed-toe, closed-heel shoes. Extra jerseys are available to borrow if needed. • Check-in is 5:30-5:55 p.m. to complete required waivers and be fitted for a bike and helmet. Families may request electronic forms in advance by emailing rissa@rumriverbmx.com. • Clinic runs 6:00-7:45 p.m. • This is a one-time introductory clinic for new riders only.
