KettlebellsExerciseBoost metabolism and improve strength, flexibility and balance with a workout combining kettlebells with bodyweight exercises. Proper kettlebell technique will be taught. Beginners welcome. Kettlebells provided. Bring water, towel and mat. We will end class with stretching, yoga, or myo-facial work.
