Bone BoostersExerciseBoost your bones by adding strength training to your exercise routine! Strength training will build your bones and benefit your joints by strengthening the surrounding tissues, maintaining alignment to decrease wear and tear. We will use hand weights, resistance bands, and yoga balls for a total body workout. Participants must be able to get up and down from an exercise mat. Modifications will be provided for beginners and also those further along their fitness journey. Class includes balance training. The game is played with a hard paddle and wiffle ball. Bring your own pickleball paddle and wiffle ball or use ours. Tai Chi & Qigong Mix it UpExerciseStudents will learn how to “play Tai Chi” by practicing different Tai Chi forms, Qigong forms, acupoints, Tai Chi Ruler, bang stick, Baoding ball, and unweighted ball.
