AT/Rec - Anoka Evening T-Ball Leagues - 2026
2026 ANOKA EVENING T-BALL LEAGUES Play Ball! Join us for this evening t-ball league in Anoka. T-Ball develops the primary baseball skills of hitting, running, fielding and throwing. Young players will gain an understanding of the fundamental rules of baseball. The main focus of the Anoka evening t-ball program is to provide age appropriate skill development, social interaction, parent involvement, and non-competitive contests. League will be 7 weeks, first 3 weeks will be practices and last 4 weeks will be games. WHO: Ages 4-5 and 6–7 WHEN: Pick your league night - May 4 to June 25, 2026 A) Monday league: 4-5 year old division B) Tuesday league: 6-7 year old division C) Wednesday league: 4-5 year old division D) Thursday league: 4-5 year old division WHERE: Note pick your practice site, games could be at all sites. Wilson Elementary School (3 fields) Lincoln Elementary School (1 field) Sorensen Park (1 field) TIMES: Practice: 45 minutes - 5:30 - 6:15 p.m. or 6:15 - 7:00 p.m. (will rotate if multiple teams per field) Games: 1 hour - 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. (Note – a schedule will be handed out at first practice, could practice at either time) COST: $89 (includes a t-shirt, hat, and participation award) Volunteer Coaches Needed – Volunteer coaches are needed to lead these teams. If you are looking for a rewarding experience please consider becoming a t-ball coach. All Coaches will be subjected to a background check. Coaches will receive a t-shirt. 2026 SUMMER BLAINE HIGH SCHOOL GYMNASTICS CAMPS Join Coach Ashley Howard and her coaches in this camp to continue your off -season training. These camps are for current members of the Blaine/Andover High School team, and those who will be joining the team in the 2026-2027 season. The camp will work to maintain current skills, train basics, increase your fitness level and work upgrades for next season’s routines. 2026 Summer Blaine High School Tennis Camps Do you want to improve your tennis game? Do you live in Blaine HS attendance area? If so then come join coach Jeff Fedor in his annual tennis camps. These sessions will provide instruction in tennis fundamentals and match strategies. These camps will be for both boys and girls who are currently in 8 though 11 grades. Intro to BMX Racing – Rum River BMX Discover the thrill of BMX racing! Our fun and inclusive Intro to BMX is designed for new riders that can pedal a bike—no prior experience or USA BMX membership required. BMX racing is a great way for kids and adults alike to stay active, build confidence, develop life skills, and most importantly, have fun! In this hands-on course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of the sport, including, what BMX is, types of bikes, and safety. And yes—you’ll get on the track! Students will receive personalized riding instruction and get the chance to practice on our professionally maintained BMX course. No bike? No problem! We provide a fleet of HARO race bikes and full-face helmets in various sizes. 2026 NitroX Camp - Learn, Test, Drive A Summer Camp for Middle School Students During this camp, students will work on remote controlled cars, gain exposure to transportation careers while touring local businesses and become aware of employment skills. Campers will discover new technical skills, and have fun making new friends while working in teams. Each day kids will learn the safety, technique and fun in the sport that dates back hundreds of years ago. -
Art Masters
Introduce the kids to iconic artists and their works. They could recreate their own versions of Van Gogh's sunflowers, try pointillism like Seurat, or experiment with Picasso-inspired portraits. This class will inspire them to appreciate art history and develop their own artistic styles by learning from the greats. -
Basketball Camp
This basketball camp provides players with a well-rounded basketball experience covering a broad range of skills training and skill-based games. Players will be taught how to properly shoot, pass, dribble, and play defense in a fun and positive environment. Camp ends with scrimmages and games the final day where athletes can showcase their skills. Athletes should bring a water bottle and a snack. Balls are provided. -
Basketball Skills Lab
Take your basketball skills to the next level with focused instruction on shooting technique, ball handling, and defense. Players will also learn game strategies through competitive drills. Students will develop both individual skills and an understanding of team play. -
Battle Drones
Battle Drones features an exciting combination of aerial acrobatics with an engineering design challenge that will teach students STEM concepts, teamwork, and how to skillfully fly a drone. In Battle Drones, teams of students will build robotic launchers designed to fling projectiles at their opponents’ drones. Students will be guided by experienced camp instructors in how to construct their launchers to maximize projectile speed and accuracy. The camp will culminate in an epic battle where students will need to pilot their drones to safety by dodging opponent projectiles while using their own launchers to take down opponent drones. The best drone pilots and launchers will emerge victorious! -
Beauty and the Beast Musical Theatre
Tale as Old as Time! Choose a character, learn music and choreography and create your own musical. Learn how to properly speak your lines, block a scene, develop your character and much more! We will also play fun, creative theater games. All that is needed are comfortable clothing and shoes, a nut free snack and a water bottle. Friends and family are invited to a special performance beginning the final 30 minutes of the final class! -
Cheer Camp
This summer cheer camp provides athletes with an introduction to cheerleading. Campers will learn several cheers with focus on body control, jumping, and proper hand movements. Emphasis will be placed on sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive attitude! Athletes should wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle and a snack. -

Students will learn how to fly like the pros in the Drone Racing League by training on a flight simulator. Once they learn the basics of flying, they’ll assemble their very own drone. After learning drone safety and maintenance, students will take their drone to the skies and compete in numerous races and challenges. Led by experienced instructors, students will leave camp with the skills and knowledge to pilot their drones and keep them running. The drones used in camps have cameras, and are perfect for entry level pilots. -
