Early Childhood Special Education partners with Anoka-Hennepin Schools Early Learning preschool program to offer preschool learning opportunities for children identified with special needs. The program is aligned with the Anoka-Hennepin Schools elementary curriculum, which helps children prepare for kindergarten. Students participate in hands-on learning activities that are educational and fun. Classes are taught by licensed teachers at locations throughout the district. Teachers monitor child progress and development throughout the year.
