4 Hour 55+ Defensive Driving (online)
If you are 55 or older, save money on your car insurance premiums and become a better driver! Minnesota law requires that insurance companies offer a 10% reduction on auto insurance for three years if you complete a state-approved defensive driving course taught by professional, certified instructors. This is a live, interactive course that is held on an online platform - no driving or test required. Before the online class starts you will receive an email with information about picking up the needed class materials from our office. The materials include a certificate from the Minnesota Safety Council to complete during class to provide to your insurance agent for your discount. -

AT/Rec - 2026 Fall Adult Volleyball Leagues
2026 FALL VOLLEYBALL LEAGUES A great way to get some exercise this Fall is to grab your friends and form a team and play in one of our adult recreational volleyball leagues. Women’s, Men’s, and Co-Rec Leagues will be formed. All matches will be played at various middle school gyms. Sign up for the division you want to play. Note divisions could be combined based on number of teams registered per division. WHO: Adults ages 18 and older WHEN: Various nights – September 14 through December 2026 Matches scheduled between 6:15 – 10:15 p.m. DIVISION: Mondays – Women’s (Power) Tuesdays – Men’s (Power) Wednesdays – Co-Rec (Power) COST: $350 per team for Power Divisions (Refereed) Sign your team up, if you are an individual player looking to get a team, call and get added to our Free Agent List League includes a minimum of 10 matches (1 practice night, 8 regular season matches, and a single elimination playoff). This class is a fun "date" for you and your school-aged child to paint together. No experience is needed, this class is about spending quality time with your child and having fun! Ageless Yoga
Ageless Yoga is perfect for older adults. We will move through seated, standing, traditional and modified yoga poses with additional focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, and restorative breathing promoting stress reduction and relaxation. This class is shoe-and joint-friendly and we do not get down on mats. Dress in comfortable clothing, wear athletic shoes and bring water. You will need a sticky yoga mat for foot grip. -

American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED
Whether you have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or if you have the desire to learn the techniques of CPR and the use of an AED - this course is for you. This instructor-led course teaches adult, child, and infant CPR/AED, as well as choking management. American Heart Association certification lasts two years. The general public and anyone interested in learning CPR may take this class. This course is not intended for healthcare providers. -
