MS - Cooking 103
In this 3-week class students will be introduced to basic cooking skills, practice kitchen safety and learn food safety. Participants will prepare old fashioned desserts, appetizers for holiday gatherings, and seasonal sweet gifts. Each class will cook, enjoy and clean up so they can help with the families' menu planning and meal preparation. Some food items may be repeated.
