Dealing With Grief & Loss
The experiences of grief and loss encompass many things in life, such as death of a loved one, unexpected ending of a relationship, retirement, death of a pet, empty nest syndrome, or life changing illness. All of these things are very difficult for most people to deal with, mostly because they are not prepared to do so when the situation arises. Common results are shock, confusion, isolation, anger, and depression. This class is designed to be an informative and supportive workshop to help gain coping skills. We will discuss options to process, effectively cope with, and improve general well-being through this difficult process.
