Loving Kindness/Friendliness Meditation

This meditation practice teaches us how to have gentle kindness toward ourselves and others. It also teaches compassion, joy, and equanimity. It develops a gentle and caring attitude toward others. It improves all relationships and heals self-dislike and problem relationships. It helps with balance of mind during troubled times. The first session lays the basis for the second one.
