Ageless Yoga

Ageless Yoga is perfect for older adults. We will move through seated, standing, traditional and modified yoga poses with additional focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, and restorative breathing promoting stress reduction and relaxation. This class is shoe-and joint-friendly and we do not get down on mats. Dress in comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. You will need a sticky yoga mat for foot grip (optional).

Eligible UCare members may receive up to a $15 discount on many Community Education classes when registering over the phone. Contact Community Education for further information.

Stephanie is Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer with licenses for Zumba and Zumba Gold as well as Senior Fitness Certification. She also has specialties in yoga and senior yoga. She has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years.
