Conquer your fear of the gym and embrace a healthier you. Curvy yoga is for people of all shapes and sizes who want to tone their bodies and increase flexibility in a supportive, motivating environment. This is a mixed-level yoga class.

I have taught Group Fitness for over 27 years, including over 23 years with Anoka-Hennepin Community Education. I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE). I teach a variety of formats, but my passion is Yoga. I am a recent breast cancer survivor and strongly feel that health, fitness, and nutrition are important to me in my daily lifestyle. My favorite quote is “No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everyone on the couch.”
