Osteoarthritis is very common worldwide, but is misunderstood and mistreated. Surgery is not the only solution. The instructor will share with you myths, facts and research based evidence that can help you manage your osteoarthritis and lessen pain while you continue to participate in activities and hobbies you enjoy.

Matthew is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. He has been working for Park Nicollet for nearly 8 years. He treats many orthopedic conditions including patients with osteoarthritis of varying joints including shoulder, low back, hips, and knees. He also treats many post operative patients who have undergone total joint surgeries (total knee, total hip, total shoulder, etc.).
