Tai Chi for Arthritis, Chronic Pain and Balance
This gentle Sun Tai Chi form improves mental and physical capacity as well as relaxation, balance and vitality. Tai Chi helps relieve pain, increase range of motion and improve quality of life. This class is recommended for arthritis and fall prevention. Can be done sitting or standing. Wear flat shoes (sandals not recommended) loose, comfortable clothing. Instructor is certified in Tai Chi and has over 18 years of teaching experience.

Balance Life Tai Chi
Instructor
Christine Morgan has been practicing Tai Chi since the mid 80s and teaching for approximately 18 years. She has certified in the Chen Synthetic style and now teaches Yang Short Form, SUN Forms, Tai Chi Ruler and Bang Stick Forms, and Qigong. Christine is a Certified Tai Chi Instructor, Certified Qigong Instructor, and Certified Level III American Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor (over 2,000 hours of teaching students). Christine is also a member of the Qigong Institute and the U. S. Tai Chi Community.
Lionel Locke is a Certified Tai Chi Instructor through the Tai Chi for Health Institute and a member of the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association. He has been practicing Tai Chi for approximately 7 years. He teaches Tai Chi Bang Stick and has been Certified to teach SUN forms for more than 5 years. Lionel is also a member of the US Tai Chi Community.
Lionel is also a Level II Curling Instructor, certified through the United States Curling Association, and offers classes combining Tai Chi principles with curling exercises honed over years of competitive curling.
