In this class, students are given the unique chance to explore different instruments while building their performance skills. Over the course of this program, students will spend one week on the basics of each instrument - singing, guitar, drums, and piano - learning about instrument anatomy and beginner playing techniques, in addition to an introduction to music theory, song structure, and how to read music. In this small-group setting, the program ensures that every student receives plenty of one-on-one instruction while keeping the overall learning experience engaging and fun. No prior experience is required, and all equipment is provided. Presented by Bach to Rock.

Hip-Hop dance is a dynamic and energetic style rooted in street dance and urban culture, featuring movements such as popping, locking, and breaking. This style emphasizes rhythm, freestyle improvisation, tricks, and expressive combinations. Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to learn how to dance in a supportive, fun environment. Wear comfortable clothing.

Kids will learn what it's like to have a horse for a day! Campers get to ride in the indoor and/or outdoor arenas (40-50 minutes, no trails), practice how to steer, stop, turn, and walk on their own. They also might make horse treats, do a craft, and play games. And don't forget the time to meet and care for the horses, which is a big part of ownership! Campers are broken into smaller groups based on similar riding experience and age, which is perfect for both new and more experienced riders! Drop-off is at 9am and PARENT pickup is 3pm. Sorry we do not allow parents to stay for the day. All campers need to complete a waiver. (Waiver Link will be in your confirmation e-mail) Camp is held rain or shine, as there is an indoor barn and arena. WHAT DO CAMPERS NEED TO BRING? Long pants, closed toe shoes, appropriate clothes for weather inside and outside of barn. No flip flops. Sunscreen/hat/bug spray. Water bottle/drinks/snacks and a lunch. Treats for the horses if you want. Helmets are provided. All available dates are non school days for K-12 Anoka-Hennepin students.

In this ensemble, students will discover the power of their own voices while mastering breathing techniques and choral music literacy. Beyond the music, it’s a place to build confidence and make lasting friendships. Our musical journey culminates in an evening concert for family and friends! Led by the professionals at Bach to Rock, we’ll be performing "Popular Modern Hit Songs" reimagined in a stunning choral style. Join us and let your voice be heard!

New and returning students are welcome! Do you love music? Have you always wanted to play an instrument? In this class students will learn the fundamentals and basics of an instrument of their choice (see choices listed below) in a band or orchestra ensemble. Students will be grouped into two separate groups of strings and band instruments. The curriculum uses a combination of traditional teaching methods and modern songs to help encourage the students to practice and experience the fun of music. Students and parents will have access to the online student portal that helps them keep track of homework assignments and a fun practice log system with awards for minutes logged. The program culminates with a special evening performance for friends and family on Friday, March 19, 2027 at the Anoka Middle School Auditorium. On the concert date, students will stay after school and walk over to Anoka MIddle School for a final practice before our 5:15 pm concert. Race through balance obstacles and fly through the air as you practice your American Ninja Warrior skills! This 90 minute, coach led session will leave you feeling like you can conquer any obstacle. This class is perfect for new and experienced ninjas as we will have coaches guiding you through the courses. Each individual student needs to register separately. Spectators are welcome to stay and watch within the facility, we have a spot just for you. Parent drop off and pick up is required.
