AT/Rec - High School Off-Season Gymnastics Training

HIGH SCHOOL GYMNASTICS – 2026 FALL OFF SEASON TRAINING CLASSES

This class is for current high school team members; or girls who will be joining a high school team for the 2026-27 season. We will work to maintain current skills, train basics, increase our fitness level and work upgrades for next season’s routines. The following skills are required to participate:

• go to the high bar,
• go over the vault table without spot,
• do tumble skill(s) on the high beam, and
• do a punch front and/or round off back handspring

WHO:       
Grade 7-12 (see skill requirements above)

WHEN:    
Monday's - September 14, 21, 28, October 5, 12, 19, 26, November 2 and 9 at 6:45 - 9:00 pm (9 weeks)
Tuesday's - September 8, 15, 22, 29, October 6, 13, 20, 27 and November 10 at 6:45 - 9:00 pm (9 weeks) - not on November 3

Mondays - $225/student
Tuesdays - $225/student

NOTES about each Class

- No returning high school team members may attend the class that your coach is working

- If you have not yet completed a high school gymnastics season you can attend any class by any coach.

REGISTRATION

Register online at www.DiscoverCommunityEd.com - 24 hours a day using your VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card. Click on Youth activities and classes-districtwide. A confirmation will be emailed to you if an email is provided. Customer initiated cancellations made at least five business days before class start date may qualify for a refund less $10. Cancellations made less than five days are not eligible for a refund.
