AT/Rec - Fall 4/5 year old Pre-School Gymnastics

Fall 2026 Pre-School Gymnastics - 4 and 5 year olds

Join coaches from the Anoka Gymnastics family for an awesome class. You will learn safe, developmental gymnastics with a focus on strength and technique. Instructors will work to get to know each gymnast and help them move forward with their strength and skills! 

This class requires independent participation. One adult per child must remain in the viewing area.

Each class will be planned by the Anoka High School Head Gymnastics Coach, Amy Hedberg.

WHO:  

Group 1 – Tuesday's - 4/5 year olds - 9:45 to 10:25 am

Group 2 - Wednesday's - 4/5 year olds - 10:35 to 11:15 am

WHEN:   

Tuesday’s – September 8, 15, 22, 29, October 6, 13, 20, 27 and November 10 (9 meetings) - not meeting on November 3

Wednesday’s – September 9, 16, 23, 30, October 7, 14, 21, 28, November 4 and 11 (10 meetings)
